Ensemble Group Fees: $20 per ensemble group, covers all members in the ensemble group

Solo Performer(s)
  1. If you are paying for one or more Solo Performers, select "Solo Performer"; you will be able to select the number (quantity) of Solo Performers in your "Shopping Cart."
  2. Enter "Name of Teacher."
  3. Enter "Name(s) of Performer(s)" that you are making the payment for.
    • Please just list each Solo Performer.  For example: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck.
    • No need to list the accompanists, if applicable. 
  4. Click "Add to Cart."
  5. Once you are in your "Shopping Cart," update the number (quantity) of Solo Performers to reflect the number of Solo Performers that you have registered.  Click "Update."
  6. Click on one of the "Check Out" options, and follow PayPal's instructions to the end of the online payment process.
Ensemble Group(s)
  1. If you are paying for one or more Ensemble Groups, select "Ensemble Group"; you will be able to select the number (quantity) of Ensemble Groups in your "Shopping Cart."
  2. Enter "Name of Teacher."
  3. Enter "Name(s) of Performer(s)" that you are making the payment for.
    • Please list each Ensemble Group separately.  For example: Ensemble Group 1 (Manny Boy, Moe Boy, and Jack Boy); Ensemble Group 2 (Larry Stooge, Curly Stooge, and Moe Stooge).
  4. Click "Add to Cart."
  5. Once you are in your "Shopping Cart," update the number (quantity) of Ensemble Groups to reflect the number of Ensemble Groups that you have registered.  Click "Update."
  6. Click on one of the "Check Out" options, and follow PayPal's instructions to the end of the online payment process.
Combination of Solo Performer(s) and Ensemble Group(s)
  1. Please follow instructions #1 - #5 for Solo Performer(s) above.  DO NOT CHECK OUT.
  2. Once you have finished updating the number (quantity) of Solo Performers in your "Shopping Cart," click "Update," then click on the "Continue Shopping" button.
  3. You will be returned to this page.
  4. Please then follow instructions for Ensemble Group(s) above.
  5. Once you have finished updating the number (quantity) of Ensemble Groups in your "Shopping Cart," click "Update," then click on one of the "Check Out" options, and follow PayPal's instructions to the end of the online payment process.
