Music Students' Service League (MSSL)
MSSL Santa Monica Bay provides 6th–12th grade students of MTAC Santa Monica Bay members with the opportunity to give service to the community through music.
Programs and performances at retirement homes, hospitals, and other venues through community outreach recitals and concerts.
Fund-raising events to benefit music education organizations and community music schools serving at-risk children and youths.
Ambassador of Music assignments to promote music appreciation in the community.
Learning opportunities in volunteer non-profit event planning by assisting MTAC branch project/event chairs.
Leadership skill-building experience in a student-run organization with its own board of directors.
Participation in MTAC Santa Monica Bay MSSL may also fulfill the community service requirements of schools and other organizations.
